Mycelium Salah satu bentuk asas kulat. Mycelia adalah hyphae bahawa spora merebak dalam bentuk tiub dan mycelia terikat untuk membentuk hiphae. Terdapat miselium nutrien (kulat mycorrhizal mati) yang memasuki substrat dan mengawal pemakanan dan pembangunan. Mycelium mempunyai dan tidak mempunyai membran tengah. Tidak seperti miselium sebenar, yang tumbuh dalam bentuk tiub, terdapat pseudomycelium (pseudomycelium, pesudohyphae) yang terdapat dalam ragi seperti Kindida. 균사체 진균(眞菌)의 기본적 형태의 한가지. 포자가 관의 모양으로 뻗어서 갈라져 나간 것을 균사(hypha)라고 하며, 균사가 서로 얽혀서 집합된 것을 균사체 라고 한다. 기질(基質)에 침입하여 영양ㆍ발육을 조절하는 영양균사체(營養菌死體)가 있다. 균사에는 가운데 막이 있는 것과 없는 것이 있다. 또한 관의 모양으로 신장하는 진정균사(眞正菌糸)와는 달리, 킨디다속 등 효모균에서 볼 수 있는 가성균사(假性菌糸, pseudomycelium, pesudohyphae)가 있다.
