acu I; mengacu 1. membuat gerak laku utk mengancam atau menakut- nakutkan; 2. = mengacu-acu memikir-mikirkan, berniat, berfikir-fikir, beragak- agak; 3. menunjuk atau menarik perhatian, merujuk: dlm syarahannya ia selalu ~ kpd bukunya; mengacukan 1. menghalakan ke arah seseorang utk mengancam atau menakut-nakutkannya, mengacungkan, menunjukkan sbg mengancam: keris terhunus diacukan ke perut Panglima Awang; 2. = mengacu- acukan menganjurkan, merancang-rancangkan: sudah lama ia mengacu-acukan langkah ini.
