Dugong atau
dugung merupakan sejenis haiwan laut yang merupakan salah satu daripada empat spesis Sirenia yang masih hidup selain manatee. Ia merupakan satu-satunya haiwan yang mewakili keluarga Dugongidae. Ia juga merupakan satu-satunya sirenia yang boleh didapati di kawasan perairan sekurang-kurangnya 37 negara di rantau Indo-Pasifik, walaupun kebanyakannya tinggal di perairan utara Australia. Dugong adalah satu-satunya mamalia laut herbivor, memandangkan kesemua spesis manatee menggunakan air segar ke suatu tahap tertentu. Dugong sangat bergantung kepada rumpai laut sebagai sumber makanan, maka taburannya terhad kepada habitat pantai di mana ia dibesarkan, dengan tumpuan utama dugong lazimnya di kawasan yang luas, cetek serta terlindung seperti di kawasan teluk dan paya bakau. Muncungnya menghala ke bawah magi membolehkannya meragut rumpai laut. Dugong diburu selama beribu tahun kerana daging dan minyaknya. Kawasan taburan semasa dugong semakin berkurangan, dan populasinya semakin menghampiri kepupusan. IUCN menyenaraikan dugong sebagai spesis terancam, manakala CITES mengehadkan atau mengharamkan perdagangan barangan berasaskan populasi terlibat.
