Anak mata atau
pupil merupakan suatu bukaan atau lubang kecil yang terletak di tengah iris mata di mana ia berfungsi untuk mengawal kemasukan cahaya ke dalam retina. Ia kelihatan berwarna hitam kerana sinar cahaya memasukinya sama ada ia diserap oleh tisu-tisu di dalam mata secara langsung, atau diserap selepas meresap pantulan dalam mata yang kebanyakannya terlepas keluar daripada anak mata yang sempit. Anak mata manusia berbentuk bulat manakala beberapa spesies lain seperti sesetengah kucing mempunyai anak mata dengan celah menegak, kambing dengan anak mata celah melintang dan sesetengah ikan keli memiliki jenis anak mata anulus.
