Semen atau jus putih, padat dan ringan cairan melekit yang mengandungi sperma yang merupakan sel pembiakan lelaki yang keluar dari zakar semasa ejakulasi. Spermatozoa lelaki yang dihasilkan oleh mamalia untuk menghasilkan semula cecair organik. Semasa pembiakan, ovum pembiakan wanita dihasilkan dalam organ kelamin lelaki untuk menyuburkan. Hematospermia adalah keadaan perubatan yang dipanggil hematospermia dan memerlukan pengawasan perubatan segera. Jika akhir aliran air mani adalah ejakulasi.
