Behawioryzm
Behawioryzm to podejście do psychologii łączącej elementy filozofii, metodologii i teorii. Pojawiło się na początku XX wieku jako reakcja na psychologię "psychologiczną", która często miała trudności w przewidywaniu, które można przetestować za pomocą rygorystycznych metod eksperymentalnych. Podstawową zasadą behawioryzmu, wyrażoną w pismach Johna B. Watsona, B. F. Skinnera i innych, jest to, że psychologia powinna dotyczyć zachowań obserwowanych ludzi i zwierząt, a nie zachowujących się w ich myślach zdarzeń.
