Sinistral i dextral
Sinistral i dextral są terminami naukowymi opisującymi chiralność lub względny kierunek w wielu dyscyplinach. Terminy pochodzą z łacińskich słów "lewo" i "prawo". Inne dyscypliny mają różne terminy lub po prostu używać lewego i prawego. Względny kierunek i chiralność są odrębnymi pojęciami. Względny kierunek jest z punktu widzenia obserwatora.
