Mięczaki lub mięczaki / mɒləsks / składają dużą liczbę gatunków zwierząt bezkręgowych znanych jako Mollusca. Uznano około 85 000 istniejących gatunków mięczaków. Ślimaki są zdecydowanie najbardziej licznymi mięczakami w podziale na gatunki sklasyfikowane i stanowią 80% ogółu. Badania naukowe mięczaków nazywane są malakologią. Trzy najbardziej uniwersalne cechy definiujące nowoczesne mięczaki to płaszcz o znacznej wnęce służący do oddychania i wydalania, obecność raduli i struktura układu nerwowego.
