Jezioro Poyang
Jezioro Poyang, położone w prowincji Jiangxi, jest największym jeziorem słodkowodnych w Chinach. Obszar jeziora zmienia się gwałtownie między mokrymi i suchymi porami roku, ale w ostatnich latach wielkość jeziora maleje ogólnie. W normalnym roku obszar jeziora wynosi średnio 3500 kilometrów kwadratowych. W zimie jezioro staje się domem dla dużej liczby migrujących żurawi syberyjskich, z czego do 90% spędzają tam zimę.
