Chociaż nadal wytwarza komputery, widzi towary fizyczne jako niewielką część branży "rozwiązania biznesowe". Odkryli, że elastyczność cenowa popytu na "rozwiązania biznesowe" jest znacznie mniejsza niż w przypadku sprzętu.
