Arboricultura
Arboricultura / ɑrbərɨkʌltʃər / é o cultivo, gestão e estudo de árvores individuais, arbustos, videiras e outras plantas lenhosas perenes. É uma prática e uma ciência. A ciência da arboricultura estuda como essas plantas crescem e respondem às práticas culturais e ao meio ambiente. A prática da arboricultura inclui técnicas culturais, tais como seleção, plantação, treinamento, adubação, controle de pragas e patógenos, podas, moldagem e remoção.
