Banco Comercial
Um banco comercial é um tipo de banco que presta serviços, como aceitar depósitos, fazer empréstimos comerciais e oferecer produtos básicos de investimento. O banco comercial também pode se referir a um banco ou a uma divisão de um banco que principalmente lida com depósitos e empréstimos de empresas ou grandes empresas, em oposição a membros individuais do público. Nos Estados Unidos, o termo banco comercial era freqüentemente usado para distingui-lo de um banco de investimento devido a diferenças na regulamentação bancária.
