Campeonato das Nações Seis
O Campeonato das Seis Nações é uma competição anual anual de sindicatos de rugby envolvendo seis lados europeus: Inglaterra, França, Irlanda, Itália, Escócia e País de Gales. É patrocinado pelo Royal Bank of Scotland. The Six Nations é o sucessor do Campeonato das Cinco Nações que, por sua vez, conseguiu o Campeonato das Nações. O Campeonato Nacional de Nações, jogado entre equipes da Inglaterra, Irlanda, Escócia e País de Gales, foi o primeiro torneio internacional de sindicatos de rugby. Os vencedores do Campeonato das Seis Nações são às vezes não oficialmente referidos na mídia como Campeões Europeus ou Campeões do Hemisfério Norte. A Irlanda é o atual campeão depois de vencer a França no último jogo do torneio e ter uma contagem de pontos mais alta do que a segunda na Inglaterra, apesar do último ter o mesmo índice de vitórias: perda. Inglaterra e País de Gales são os principais titulares de recordes atuais para vitórias definitivas dos torneios das Nações de origem, das Cinco Nações e das Seis Nações, com 26 títulos cada, embora o País de Gales adicione esse recorde com 12 vitórias compartilhadas aos 10 títulos compartilhados da Inglaterra.
