Incoterms
As regras de Incoterms ou Termos Comerciais Internacionais são uma série de termos comerciais pré-definidos publicados pela Câmara de Comércio Internacional que são amplamente utilizados em transações comerciais internacionais ou processos de aquisição. Uma série de termos comerciais de três letras relacionados a práticas contratuais contratuais comuns, as regras de Incoterms destinam-se principalmente a comunicar claramente as tarefas, custos e riscos associados ao transporte e entrega de mercadorias. As regras de Incoterms são aceitas pelos governos, autoridades legais e profissionais em todo o mundo para a interpretação dos termos mais utilizados no comércio internacional. Pretendem-se reduzir ou eliminar as incertezas resultantes de diferentes interpretações das regras em diferentes países. Como tal, eles são regularmente incorporados em contratos de vendas em todo o mundo. Primeiro publicado em 1936, as regras de Incoterms foram periodicamente atualizadas, com a oitava versão - Incoterms® 2010 '- tendo sido publicado em 1º de janeiro de 2011.
