Na música, apenas entonação ou entonação pura é qualquer afinação musical em que as frequências das notas estão relacionadas por proporções de pequenos números inteiros. Qualquer intervalo sintonizado desta forma é chamado de intervalo puro ou justo. As duas notas em qualquer intervalo justo são membros da mesma série harmônica. As proporções de freqüência envolvendo números inteiros grandes, como 1024: 927, geralmente não são ditas para serem sintonizadas com justiça. "Apenas a entonação é o sistema de afinação dos modos antigos antigos da Grécia, como codificado por Ptolomeu: era o ideal estético dos teóricos do Renascimento, e é a prática de sintonia de muitas culturas musicais em todo o mundo, antigas e modernas". Apenas a entonação pode ser contrastada e comparada com o mesmo temperamento, que domina instrumentos ocidentais de afinação fixa e ajuste MIDI padrão.
