Os lagomorfos são os membros da ordem taxonômica Lagomorpha, dos quais existem duas famílias vivas: os Leporidae e os Ochotonidae. O nome da ordem é derivado do grego Lagos e morphē. Há cerca de oitenta espécies de lagomorfos, que incluem trinta espécies de pika, vinte espécies de coelhos e cotas de algodão e trinta espécies de lebres.
