Adam Bernard Mickiewicz ((ouvir), 24 de dezembro de 1798 - 26 de novembro de 1855) era poeta, dramaturgo, ensaísta, publicista, tradutor, professor de literatura eslava e ativista político polonês. É considerado poeta nacional na Polônia, Lituânia e Bielorrússia. Uma figura principal no romantismo polonês, ele é contado como um dos "Três Bardos" da Polônia ("Trzej Wieszcze") e é amplamente considerado como o maior poeta da Polônia.
