Primula
Primula / prɪmjʊlə / é um gênero de plantas de florescimento principalmente herbáceas na Primulaceae familiar. Eles incluem o wildflower familiar de bancos e margens, o primrose. Outras espécies comuns são P. auricula, P. veris e P. elatior. Essas espécies e muitos outros são valorizados por suas flores ornamentais. Eles foram amplamente cultivados e hibridizados - no caso da prímula, por muitas centenas de anos.
