O pinho de pedra, também chamado de pinheiro de pedra italiana, pinheiro e pinheiro, é uma árvore da família dos pinheiros. A árvore é nativa da região do Mediterrâneo, ocorrendo no sul da Europa e no Levante. Também é naturalizado no norte da África, Ilhas Canárias, África do Sul e Nova Gales do Sul. A espécie foi introduzida no norte da África há milênios atrás, tanto tempo que é essencialmente indistinguível de ser nativo. A árvore é, no entanto, considerada um incômodo invasivo na África do Sul. Os pinheiros de pedra foram utilizados e cultivados para seus pinhais comestíveis desde os tempos pré-históricos.
