Toxocariasis
Toxocariasis é uma doença de seres humanos causada por larvas do pergaminho do cão, do gueixa do gato ou da raposa. Toxocariasis é muitas vezes chamado de larva migrans visceral. Dependendo da localização geográfica, grau de eosinofilia, olho e / ou sinais pulmonares, os termos larva migrans ocular, doença de Weingarten, síndrome de Frimodt-Møller e pseudoleucemia eosiniphílica são aplicados à toxocaríase.
