जो बढ़िया मैदे की तरह होता है । यहीं सत्त बाजारों में
तीखुर के नाम से बिकता है और इसका व्यवहार कई
तरह की मिठाइयाँ, लड्डु, सैव, जलेबी आदि बनाने में
होता है । हिंदु लोग इसकी गणना 'फलाहार' में करते हैं ।
इसे पानी में घोलकर दूध में छोड़ने से दूध बहुत गाढ़ा हो
जाता है, इसलिये लोग इसकी खीर भी बनाते हैं । अब
एक प्रकार का तीखुर विलायत से भी आता है जिसे अराख्ट
कहते हैं । वि० दे० 'अराख्ट' ।
