Beta 2-microglobulina Uma proteína de baixo peso molecular com um peso molecular de 11.600, a sequência de aminoácidos é homóloga a uma porção da imunoglobulina. Em pessoas normais, elas são filtradas do sangue para os rins, todas reabsorvidas nos túbulos renais, mas não são reabsorvidas na presença de tubulointersticiais renais e são usadas para diagnosticar distúrbio tubular renal porque a excreção urinária dos túbulos renais é significativamente aumentada. Especialmente, a intoxicação por cádmio é considerada como sinal precoce e o peso está associado à obstrução tubular renal e é usado para o diagnóstico. 베타2-마이크로글로불린 분자량 1만 1600의 저분자단백, 아미노산 배열은 면역 글로불린의 일부와 상동한다. 정상인에서는 혈액에서 신장으로 여과되며, 그 모두가 신세뇨관에서 재흡수되나, 신세뇨관장해가 있으면 재흡수되지 않고 요중으로의 배설이 현저하게 증가하기 때문에, 신세뇨관장해의 진단에 이용되고 있다. 특히 카드뮴 중독시 조기의 징후로서 중시되며 그요중량은 신뇨세관장애와 관련되어 있으며 진단에 이용되고 있다.
