Karim ou Karayit é uma seita judaica. Karim é conhecido pelo termo sinônimo hebreu Ba'alei ha-Mikra. Karaim não reconhece nenhuma outra fonte do que as Inscrições da Torá, os principais livros religiosos dos judeus e as regras verbais não são vinculativas para suas próprias crenças. Talmud, o outro livro sagrado do judaísmo, mas uma compilação de tradições e regras verbais, não é reconhecido por Karaim. Uma vez que sua única fonte é a Torá, eles celebram diversas ferias religiosas de forma diferente. Eles são vistos como uma denominação extraordinária por outros judeus porque eles têm que dizer que eles não obedecem particularmente às tradições e costumes religiosos.
