CE ÎNSEAMNĂ AUDITOR ÎN ENGLEZĂ?
Audit
Definiția generală a unui audit este o activitate planificată și documentată efectuată de personal calificat pentru a determina prin investigație, examinare sau evaluare dovezi obiective, adecvarea și conformitatea cu procedurile stabilite sau documentele aplicabile și eficacitatea implementării. Termenul se referă la audituri în contabilitate, control intern, managementul calității, managementul proiectelor, gestionarea apei și conservarea energiei. Auditul este definit ca o examinare sistematică și independentă a datelor, declarațiilor, înregistrărilor, operațiilor și performanțelor unei întreprinderi pentru un scop declarat. În cadrul oricărui audit, auditorul percepe și recunoaște propunerile pe care le înaintează pentru examinare, colectează dovezi, evaluează același lucru și, pe această bază, formulează hotărârea care este comunicată prin raportul său de audit. Scopul este apoi de a emite un aviz privind adecvarea controalelor în cadrul unui mediu pe care îl audită, pentru a evalua și a îmbunătăți eficacitatea proceselor de gestionare a riscurilor, de control și de guvernanță.

Auditorul este, de asemenea, un student înregistrat care participă la o clasă care nu este o parte oficială a cursului său de studiu, fără participarea activă a acestuia.
