Tinerii artiști britanici sau YBA - numiți și artiști britanici și Britart - sunt numele dat unui grup liber de artiști vizuali care au început să se expună împreună la Londra în 1988. Mulți dintre artiști au absolvit BA Fine Art curs la Goldsmiths, la sfârșitul anilor 1980. Scena a început în jurul unei serii de expoziții conduse de artiști, care au avut loc în depozite și fabrici, începând cu 1988 cu Freeze conduse de Damien Hirst și, în 1990, cu East Country Yard Show și cu medicina modernă. Ele sunt recunoscute pentru "tactici de șoc", folosirea materialelor aruncate în aer, viață sălbatică și o atitudine "atât opțională cât și antreprenorială".
