Chiang Kai-shek a fost un lider politic și militar chinez care a ocupat funcția de lider al Republicii China între 1928 și 1975. El este cunoscut sub numele de Jiang Jieshi sau Jiang Zhongzheng în limba chineză standard. Chiang a fost un membru influent al Kuomintang, Partidul naționalist chinez, și a fost un aliat aproape de Sun Yat-sen.
