Costurile de tarifare a congestiilor sau tarifele de congestionare reprezintă un sistem de supracompensare a utilizatorilor de bunuri publice care sunt supuse congestionării prin excesul de cerere, cum ar fi costurile de vârf mai ridicate pentru utilizarea serviciilor de autobuze, electricitate, metrouri, căi ferate, telefoane și tarifarea rutieră pentru a reduce congestionarea traficului; companiile aeriene și companiile de transport maritim pot fi percepute taxe mai mari pentru sloturile de pe aeroporturi și prin canale în momentele de lucru.
