Interpleader
Interpleader este o procedură civilă care permite unui reclamant să inițieze un proces pentru a obliga două sau mai multe alte părți să soluționeze litigiul. O acțiune interpolarizată are loc atunci când reclamantul deține proprietatea în numele alteia, dar nu știe cui ar trebui transferată proprietatea.
