Un Josser este o persoană care nu sa născut într-o familie de circ, nici nu sa căsătorit într-o familie de circuri, dar este totuși într-un circ. Termenul este, de asemenea, folosit pentru a se referi la un cleric, sau chiar mai general, un nebun sau un simpluton.
