Nebucadnețar al II-lea a fost rege al Imperiului Neo-Babilon, care domnea c. 605 î.H. - 562 î.H. Atât construcția Grădinilor agățate ale Babilonului, cât și distrugerea templului Ierusalimului îi sunt atribuite. El este prezentat în Cartea lui Daniel și este menționat în alte câteva cărți ale Bibliei.
