Tehnostructura este un termen inventat de economistul John Kenneth Galbraith în Noul Stat Industrial pentru a descrie grupul de tehnicieni din cadrul unei întreprinderi cu influență și control considerabil asupra economiei sale. Se referă, de obicei, la capitalismul managerial în care managerii și alți administratori de conducere, oameni de știință sau avocați din companie dețin mai multă putere și influență decât acționarii în procesul decizional și direcțional.
