Compusul chimic tricloretilena este un halocarbon utilizat în mod obișnuit ca solvent industrial. Este un lichid clar neinflamabil, cu un miros dulce. Nu trebuie confundat cu 1,1,1-tricloretanul similar, cunoscut în general sub denumirea de clorotene. Denumirea IUPAC este tricloretenă. Abrevieri industriale includ TCE, trichlor, Trike, Tricky și tri. A fost vândută sub o varietate de nume comerciale. Sub denumirea comercială Trimar și Trilene, tricloretilena a fost utilizată ca anestezic volatil și ca analgezic obstetric inhalator în milioane de pacienți.
