Salariu
Un salariu este compensația monetară plătită de un angajator unui angajat în schimbul muncii efectuate. Plata poate fi calculată ca o sumă fixă pentru fiecare sarcină efectuată sau la o rată orară sau zilnică sau pe baza unei cantități ușor de măsurat a muncii efectuate. Plata prin contraste salariale cu munca salariată, în care angajatorul plătește o sumă aranjată la intervale fixe, indiferent de orele lucrate, cu comisioanele care plătesc condițiile pentru performanța individuală și cu compensația în funcție de performanța companiei ca întreg.
