Tirozină monoiodină Un precursor al etapei de sinteză a hormonului tiroidian, care este prezent ca parte a tiroglobulinei în tiroidă. MIT care este eliberat atunci când globulina tiroidiană se descompune și eliberează hormonul tiroidian este deiodidat de enzimă, deci nu este dovedit în sânge normal (în sânge).
