Pirani Gauge Este un indicator al vidului care măsoară indirect gradul de vibrație într-un dispozitiv de vid prin faptul că conductivitatea termică a gazului este proporțională cu gradul de vid (presiunea gazului rezidual) sub presiune scăzută.
