Предварительные условия иногда проверяются с использованием утверждений внутри самого кода, а для некоторых языков для этого используются специальные синтаксические конструкции. Например: факториал определяется только для целых чисел, больших или равных нулю. Таким образом, программа, которая вычисляет факториал входного числа, будет иметь предварительные условия, чтобы число было целым числом и было больше или равно нулю.
