Секьюритизация - это финансовая практика объединения различных видов договорных долгов, таких как ипотечные кредиты, коммерческие ипотечные кредиты, автокредиты или долговые обязательства по кредитным картам, а также продажа консолидированного долга в виде облигаций, сквозных ценных бумаг или обеспеченного ипотечного обязательства различным инвесторам. Принцип и проценты по долгу, лежащему в основе обеспечения, регулярно выплачиваются различным инвесторам.
