Antiserum என்பது polyclonal ஆன்டிபாடிகள் கொண்ட இரத்த சிவப்பு ஆகும். பல நோய்களுக்கு நோய்த்தடுப்பு ஊசி போடுவதற்கு நுண்ணுயிர் அழற்சி பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. முந்தைய மனித உயிர் பிழைத்தவரின் செயலூக்கமான ஆன்டிபாடி டிரான்ஸ்போஷன் என்பது எபோலா நோய்த்தொற்றுக்கு மட்டுமே அறியப்பட்ட சிறந்த சிகிச்சையாகும். நோய் கண்டறிதல் வைராலஜி ஆய்வகத்தில் Antisera பரவலாக பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன. மனிதர்களில் உட்செலுத்தலின் மிகவும் பொதுவான பயன்பாடானது அன்டிடிகாசின் அல்லது ஆன்டிவென்மோனைப் போலவே, உமிழ்வு சிகிச்சையளிக்கும்.
