பிகானர் (ஹிந்தி மற்றும் ராஜஸ்தானி: बिकानेर) (ஆங்கிலம்: Bikaner), இந்தியாவின் வடகிழக்கு மாநிலமான ராஜஸ்தான் மாநிலத்தின் வடமேற்குப் பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள ஒரு நகரம் ஆகும். பிகானேர் மாவட்டத்தின் நிர்வாக தலைமையகமாகவும், பிகானர் பிரிவின் தலைநகரமாகவும் விளங்கியது.இந்த நகரம் ராஜ்புத்தூ ராவ் பிகாவால் 1486 ஆம் ஆண்டில் நிறுவப்பட்டது, அதன் சிறிய தோற்றம் ராஜஸ்தானின் ஐந்தாவது மிகப்பெரிய நகரமாக உருவானது. 1928 இல் நிறைவு செய்யப்பட்ட கங்கை கால்வாய் மற்றும் 1987 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிறைவுபெற்ற இந்திரா காந்தி கால்வாய், அதன் மேம்பாட்டிற்கு உதவியது.பிகானர் இனிப்பு மற்றும் தின்பண்டங்கள் (அல்லது ஹிந்தி மொழியில் namkeens) பிரபலமாக உள்ளது.
