ADJUNCTIVE SÖZCÜĞÜ İNGILIZCE DİLİNDE NE ANLAMA GELİR?
Ek (dilbilgisi)
Dilbilimde, bir ek, isteğe bağlı veya yapısal olarak dağıtılabilir, cümle, cümleciğin veya cümlecikin bir parçası olup, cümleciklerin kaldırılmasına veya atılmasına rağmen cümlenin kalan kısmını etkilemeyecektir. Örnek: John, Central Park'ta Bill'e yardım etti, Central Park'taki cümle bir yardımcı oldu. İlavenin daha ayrıntılı bir tanımı, özelliğini, zarf fonksiyonuna sahip bir cümle yapısının bir unsuru olan başka bir form, kelime veya deyime dayanan değiştirici bir biçim, kelime veya ifade olarak vurgular. Bir ek bir argüman değildir ve bir argüman bir yardımcı değildir. Bağımsız değişken ayrımı, sözdizimi ve anlambilim teorilerinin çoğunda merkezi bir noktadır.
