Bir almuş, özellikle İngiltere'de, Ortaçağ'da koro kıyafeti olarak giyilen kürklere benzer bir omuz peleriniydi. Başlangıçta, genel halk tarafından giyildi. Premonstratens kanunları tarafından kola takılan beyaz almutyum gibi bazı Canons Regular'ın sürekli kullanımı bulundu. Aynı zamanda bazı Anglikan rahiplerin giydiği tippet ve başlıkta da varlığını sürdürebilir. Almuce veya amet, E. L.
