Amniyosentez
Amniyosentez (aynı zamanda amniyotik sıvı testi veya AFT olarak adlandırılır), prenatal kromozomal anormallikler ve fetal enfeksiyonlarda kullanılan tıbbi bir prosedür olup fetal dokular içeren az miktarda amniyotik sıvının örneklendiği cinsiyet tayini için de kullanılır gelişmekte olan bir fetüsü çevreleyen amniyon veya amniyotik kese ve fetal DNA, genetik anomaliler açısından incelenir.
