Anjiyografi
Anjiyografi veya arteriografi, arter, damar ve kalp odacıklarına özellikle ilgi duyan, kan damarlarının ve vücudun organlarının iç kısmını veya lümenini görselleştirmek için kullanılan tıbbi bir görüntüleme tekniğidir. Bu geleneksel olarak kan damarına radyo-opak bir kontrast ajan enjekte ederek ve floroskopi gibi X-ışınına dayalı teknikler kullanarak görüntüleme ile yapılır. Kelimenin kendisi Yunanca "angeion", "gemi" ve "yazı yazmak" veya "yazmak" anlamına gelen graphein'dir. Kan damarlarının filmi veya görüntüsüne bir anjiyografi veya daha yaygın olarak bir anjiyografi denir. Sözcük kendisi hem arteryogramı hem de venogramı tanımlayabilse de, günlük kullanımda anjiyogram ve arteryogram terimleri eşanlamlı olarak kullanılır, oysa venogram terimi daha kesin bir şekilde kullanılır. Anjiyografi terimi kesinlikle projektif radyografiye dayalı olarak tanımlanır; Bununla birlikte, bu terim BT anjiyografi ve MR anjiyografi gibi daha yeni vasküler görüntüleme tekniklerine uygulanmıştır. İzotop anjiyografi terimi de kullanılmıştır, ancak bu daha doğru olarak izotop perfüzyon taraması olarak anılmaktadır.
