Antiserum, poliklonal antikorları içeren kan serumudur. Antiserum birçok hastalığa pasif bağışıklık kazandırmak için kullanılır. Daha önceki bir insan ölümünden pasif antikor transfüzyonu, Ebola enfeksiyonu için bilinen tek etkin tedavi yöntemidir. Antisera, tanı viral laboratuvarlarında yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır.
