Bir burgh / bʌrə / İskoçya ve Kuzey İngiltere'de, genellikle bir şehir veya İskoç'daki toun'da bulunan özerk bir şirkettir. Bu idari bölünme, Kral David'in ilk kraliyet kuşlarını yarattığı 12. yüzyıldan beri var olmuştur.
