Capiz, Batı Visayas bölgesindeki Filipinler'in 1. sınıf bir ilidir. Başkenti Roxas City'dir ve Panay Adası'nın kuzeydoğu kesiminde, Aklan ve batıda Antikaya, güneyde Iloilo'ya bitişik olarak yer almaktadır. Capiz, kuzeyde Sibuyan Denizi ile karşı karşıyadır. Capiz, yerel olarak aynı adı taşıyan ve abajur, tepsiler, pencere kapısı dekorasyonu ve yapımı için kullanılan Placuna plasenta istiridye kabuğu ile bilinir.
