Hesaplanabilirlik, bir sorunu etkili bir şekilde çözebilme becerisidir. Matematiksel mantıkta hesaplanabilirlik teorisi ve bilgisayar bilimleri içinde hesaplama teorisi alanlarında temel bir konudur. Bir sorunun hesaplanabilirliği, sorunu çözmek için bir algoritmanın varlığıyla yakından ilişkilidir. Hesaplanabilirlik için en yaygın olarak incelenen modeller, hepsi hesaplama açısından eşdeğer bir güce sahip Turing-hesaplanabilir ve μ-özyinelemeli fonksiyonlar ve lambda hesabıdır. Diğer hesaplanabilirlik biçimleri de incelenmektedir: Turing makinelerinden daha zayıf hesaplanabilirlik kavramları, otomat teorisinde incelenirken, Turing makinelerinden daha güçlü hesaplanabilirlik kavramları hiper hesaplama alanında incelenmektedir.
