Moleküler biyoloji ve biyoinformatikte, mutabakat dizisi, sıralı hizalamadaki her konumda bulunan nükleotid veya amino asitin en sık görülen kalıntılarının hesaplanmış sıralamasını ifade eder. İlgili dizilerin birbiri ile karşılaştırıldığı ve benzer dizi motiflerinin hesaplandığı çoklu dizi dizilimlerinin sonuçlarını temsil eder.
