Danışman
Danışman, güvenlik, yönetim, muhasebe, hukuk, insan kaynakları, pazarlama, finans, mühendislik veya bir çok başka uzmanlık alanı gibi belirli bir alanda profesyonel veya uzman tavsiyesi sağlayan profesyonel bir kişidir. Bir danışman genellikle belirli bir alandaki bir uzman veya bir meslek mensubudur ve konuyla ilgili geniş bir bilgiye sahiptir. Danışmanın tıbbi alanın dışındaki rolü iki genel kategoriden birine düşebilir: ▪ İç danışman - Bir organizasyon içerisinde faaliyet gösteren, ancak diğer bölümler veya kişiler tarafından uzmanlık alanlarında danışılabilen bir kişi; veya ▪ Dış danışman - Harici olarak istihdam edilen, uzmanlığı genellikle bir ücret karşılığında geçici olarak sağlanan biri. Bu türden bir danışman genelde çoklu ve değişen müşterilere katılır. Bir danışmanın genel etkisi, müşterilerin kurum içinde kalmaları için mümkün olanlardan daha derin bir uzmanlık seviyesine erişebilmeleri ve yalnızca dış danışmanın istediği kadar çok hizmet satın alabilmesidir.
