Kopenhag mülkiyeti, İngiltere'de Orta Çağ'dan 19. yüzyıla kadar yaygın olan ve 1922 yılına kadar kalan formda kalan feodal bir mülkiyet biçimiydi. Arazi malikanenin geleneklerine göre tutuldu ve arazi biçimi onun adını aldı kiracı tarafından alınan "tapu tapu" nun manori mahkeme cetvelindeki ilgili girişin bir kopyası olması gerçeğinden hareketle. Araziyi bu şekilde tutan bir kiracı, bir kopya sahibi olarak biliniyordu.
